Standard registered post throughout Australia will be $9.90. All orders over $75.00 (Not including sale items) will be shipped free of charge.
Our online store will accept the following payment methods:
Delivery time will be 3-5 business days for standard registered post throughout Australia. Your products will generally be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving payment.
While all due care is taken to pack your items, should you find that we have sent you an incorrect product please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. A photo of the incorrect product will need to be emailed to; firstname.lastname@example.org . We kindly ask that you return the item, and we will cover the cost of shipping (once the item has been received) provided a receipt is supplied. Reimbursement for shipping costs will be refunded only via PayPal or Direct Debit into your nominated bank account. International orders can only be refunded via PayPal.
If an item has been damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately. Once a photo has been supplied of the damaged item we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.
We do not offer refunds due to customers changing their minds.
If you need to amend your order you will need to contact us prior to the item being dispatched for shipping. Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received, so immediate contact will need to be made.
